Business Improvement Consultant, Sadie Taylor Paige, will introduce you to Kata which is a structured way to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement at all levels.

The basis of Kata is simply to form routines or patterns of behavior that can be practiced to develop a skill to the point that it becomes automatic. When employees practice them consistently and deliberately, confidence develops in their ability to recognize and make small improvements. Participants will learn the 4 steps to continuous improvement using Improvement Kata as well as giving the learner procedural guidance - not solutions - so they can overcome obstacles using Coaching Kata.
